Returns
We do not offer returns on purchased items but are happy to help you with an exchange

Exchanges
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for the item being exchanged. Once the item is received we will process a refund minus shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted or refunded.

The best way to ensure you get what you want is to request the exchange, and after receiving the return shipping label, make a new purchase for the item in the size you would like.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Warranty
We provide a 60-day warranty against manufacturer defects. If you feel your item is damaged due to a manufacturer defect please send us an email at team@boardarchive.com. We will require photo's of the defect to determine if the item is eligible to be replaced or refunded under warranty. Warranty determinations are made at the sole discretion of the Board Archive team.
